We probably spend more time on the web than you do. Being cheap we are always looking for quality and useful "Free Stuff". Below is some useful programs we have found and they are free!
We use Firefox. We have no pop-ups and it has tabbed browsing, so you don't have to open up a bunch of windows. They also have Thunderbird for email.
We use AVG anti-virus and have for over 3 years and never had a virus. If your are a lager company and need more protection the have a commercial application. We get a few beans if you get it from here.
AVG also offers an spy-ware program. They work and you can get them here.
Now this is a biggie. Eliminate spam. This program is free and open source it is designed to work with Microsoft Outlook (not Outlook express). Check out their FAQ page and see if it will work for you.
